OnPoint Academy Panthers Rule the Day at MLK Classic in Dallas

Lewisville, TX - The OnPoint Hoops Academy continues to show improvement on the court and that can be credited to its tough schedule that features NAIA and NJCAA teams in which the Panthers have had mixed results against.  One thing for certain, Deladris Green has shown major improvement since winter break and has been phenominal for OnPoint.  Green averaged 24 points and 15 rebounds on the day to lead players on all teams.  Green is shooting close to 60% from the field and 80+% from the charity stripe while pulling down double figure rebounds consistently.  When speaking to head coach David Samilton and Athletic Director Jonathan Reed; both attribute Green's recent success to his position change to the 4 spot which has enabled him to become an offensive nightmare for most defenders.

Another Justin Harris has also been shooting lights out from beyond the arc and has posted multiple 30 point games this season.  Harris put up 22 points against Texas Prep while shooting 75% from 3, connecting on 6 of 8 from deep complimented by 5 assists.  Photo: Justin Harris launches one from deep.
