Since 2006, OnPoint has worked to prepare athletes for the demands of the next level through high-level development, mentorship, basketball education, and relationships built throughout the game.

Led by former professional player Jonathan Reed, OnPoint's experience extends beyond the training court into the professional basketball world. Our goal is to help serious players better understand what the next level requires, continue developing their game, and position themselves to pursue opportunities in basketball with preparation, confidence, and purpose.
